“This hotel suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. The staff once printed tickets for me and swapped my room for a better night's sleep. Highly recommended.”

8.1Verified guest

“Breakfast was fine, with fruit, meats, breads, pastries, and eggs. The location is marvellous, within walking distance of most sights, and Hlemmur is just next door.”

8.1Verified guest

“Neat, newly furnished rooms, a generous breakfast and friendly staff. Good beds, baggage storage, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an electric kettle. The location is good and close to Laugavegur, and there are excellent restaurants a short walk away.”

8.1Verified guest

“Most of the reception staff were pleasant and helpful.”

8.1Verified guest

“Friendly atmosphere, and all our queries were answered quickly and efficiently. We arrived very late after a delayed flight – only reached the hotel at 3:30 am – but the person on duty was friendly and helpful. The location is quiet yet the centre is easily reachable on foot.”

8.1Verified guest

“Great location close to everything we wanted, but the outlook was a bit lacking. Staff were helpful though not always smiling, and nothing was too much for them. The room was clean but dusty under the bed. Reception faxed and phoned on our behalf when we'd forgotten something. We liked the lift, being next to two top restaurants, the friendly atmosphere, the food (especially breakfast), near the harbour, and a reasonably quiet part of town. Overall a terrific time, strongly recommend if you can afford it.”
